Rusting is a chemical reaction that essentially refers to the oxidation of metals. A common rust situation is that when iron products are exposed to the air for a long time, an oxidation reaction occurs with oxygen. Or be eroded by oxygen in the water and become oxides.
As we all know, insert bearing is an important component in much mechanical equipment, and it is also a metal product. If it is not used for a long time, or if it is rusted due to improper maintenance, the rust prevention of the insert bearing is also a very important step in the daily use process.
Soaking: immersing it in anti-rust grease, a thick layer of anti-rust grease can adhere to the surface. The thickness of the oil film can be achieved by controlling the temperature and viscosity of the anti-rust grease. The grease can effectively block the contact between the insert bearing and the air, thereby an Anti-rust effect can be achieved.
Spraying: For large insert bearings, the immersion method cannot be used for oiling, and the filtered compressed air with a pressure of about 0.7Mpa can be used for spraying in a clean air place. The spray method is suitable for solvent-diluted anti-rust oil and thin-layer anti-rust oil, but corresponding fire prevention and labor protection measures should be taken. This method is ly used in the anti-rust treatment process of large insert bearings.
Brushing: It is suitable for inserting bearings and bearings with special shapes that are not suitable for immersion and spraying. When brushing, pay attention not only to prevent the accumulation of anti-rust oil but also to prevent leakage.
