Definition of precision crossed roller bearing sleeve: the process of matching and assembling the pre-machined bearing ring, rolling element, and spacer block to achieve the design clearance and starting torque. This process is mainly divided into three steps:
1. Crossed roller bearing grinding and processing: Before the final grinding of the bearing, the inner and outer rings of the crossed roller bearing are matched. This is to pre-order the bearing assembly and reduces the workload of assembly test clearance. During the final grinding of the bearing, grinding Manually records the size of the bearing raceway, and calculates the clearance size according to the roller size. When the clearance is reached or close to the design clearance, the corresponding ring number can be recorded, which is convenient for subsequent assembly review;
2. Cross roller bearing assembly test clearance: After the male cross roller bearing ring is finished grinding and enters the assembly workshop, the assembler selects the roller according to the original grinding size for trial assembly in the constant temperature workshop, and measures with an instrument after the bolt is pre-tightened. Actual clearance, if the clearance is appropriate, enter the next process, otherwise replace the roller or repair the ferrule;
3. Industrial robot bearing assembly measurement accuracy and torque: Bearing matching number with appropriate clearance and measurement of rotational runout value, assembly height, and starting torque, and check the appearance, after all, indicators are qualified, the bearing is installed with sealing ring + grease injection to ensure the insert bearing Flexible rotation is the finished product shipment.
